is it possible to find out if someone has been repossessed by their mortgage lender?

First, let me say that mortgage companies do not repossess houses; they foreclose on them. Foreclosure records are public and can be obtained at the court house, which many counties let you access via your computer. If they don’t let you access from your computer, you will have to go down to the court house […]

Foreclosure records are public and can be obtained at the court house, which many counties let you access via your computer. If they don’t let you access from your computer, you will have to go down to the court house and search public records under their name and address. If they aren’t paying their mortgage, and have been foreclosed upon it won’t be long before their are evicted by the Lender or whomever purchased the property at the foreclosure sale. They are not telling you the truth, and you better go ahead and sue them for the money in magistrate court or state superior court. Once you get a judgment, you can garnish their employer and begin to get your money back. Get started, as their next step is probably bankruptcy and once that is started you won’t ever get your money back.

Hi. Let me see if I can help.
I would ask you mom (not “tell or beg her̶ ;) if you could possibly keep the kitty. Since the kitty is fond of you as well, it sounds like a terrifc solution.
Now, as a mom myself, what your mom is probably thinking and knows….is this is another pet to care for and pets do cost money. Let your mom know that you would be willing to give part of your allowance to care for the kitty and pay for the vet bills. Also let her know that you will clean the litter box daily and feed the kitty.
The kitty is showing you affection, by kissing your hand and rubbing against your leg.
The pup will get used to the kitty. We tell our 4 pups (No No Kitty) and they stop chasing them. They then sit and let the cats go by. :-) It’s really very sweet.
Finally, if your mom really doesn’t think she wants the kitty at this time….please don’t give her a hard time. She loves you dearly and only wants the best for her family. We moms have so much on our plates these days, and we all try to do what is in the best interest of our families. So no matter what your mom decides, please go over to your mom, give her a hug and let her know that you will do whatever she thinks is best and let her know you love her. Okay?
Have a great weekend & I hope all works out.
Blessings, Patti

aquatic man?

Alistair Hardy put forward the aquatic ape theory that suggests that Humans underwent an aquatic stage during evolution- at the point where we transgressed from Ape to Homonid. Having studied Human Evolution as well as Evolution and Ecology to great detail, my personal opinon is no- that much of the ‘evidence’ so support thr AAT/H theory is built on hugely unstable and edited facts. The bottom line is that the theory is largely based on these aquatic characteristics in Humans being due to Convergent Evolution…. however the none of these aquatic traits in Humans have been shown to have been formed as a result of Convergent Evolution. I could go on but the final lineis that this theory ignores some very basic and unaviodable evolutionary facts

Idea #1 Find a local hotel with a great indoor pool, get a room so that you are a guest and invite everyone for a pool party. If her Birthday is coming up soon the kids will really enjoy it because it is winter. I actually rented 2 suites, one for the girls and one for the boys and we also had a sleep over. Of course some parents won’t allow thier kids to stay the night but that just makes it even easier. Or don’t make the slumber party co-ed!

Idea #2 Rent the biggest limo that you can that is appropriate for the amount of guests that you will have and set limits on the number if need be. This is key, be sure that it is on a school day so that the party can begin immediately following school. Of course the necessary permission from each parent is needed in order to pick the kids up from school, but the attention that your daughter will get when everybody comes flooding out of school and see that limo parked there and her and all of her friends getting in will make her feel like a princess! Than just go somewhere fun and simple for an hour, like an arcade or go get pizza. Believe me, the destination is not near as important as the ride! Arrange for the parents to pick the kids up at your house or do like I did and drop each one off at home, it makes them feel special also. The cost of the limo, $150-$200, your daughter’s 13th Birthday, priceless!
